Introduction
In the policy plan, the board of the MiekFoundation lays down its current plan. This policy plan will be amended if changes are made.
Objective
The objective of the MiekFoundation, included in Article 2 of the statutes, is as follows: to support public benefit projects in African developing countries, with objectives related to the creation of maximum development opportunities for underprivileged children and young people and to perform all which is related or may be conducive to this.

Remuneration policy for board members
The board members of the MiekFoundation do not receive any remuneration for their work in accordance with Article 3 of the Articles of Association. Expenses incurred in the performance of the board function are reimbursed, provided they are not excessive. The MiekFoundation does not employ any staff. The MiekFoundation will work with volunteers on an incidental basis. The volunteers will not receive any compensation for this. The expenses will be reimbursed, provided they are not excessive.
Description administrative organization
The administration of the MiekFoundation is conducted by the treasurer, in addition, the annual accounts of the foundation are drawn up by an accountant.
